Mornings:

Monday + Wednesday + Friday

6:00am – 8:30am

 

Evenings:

Monday – Thursday

4:30p​m – 7:30pm

(Friday 4:30pm - 6:30pm)

Saturday:

9:00am – 10:00am +11:00am - Noon

(Yoga 10:00am - 11am)

All non-class hours can be scheduled for Private Training.

All FitBlender classes are "Jump in Jump Out" 

That's right! You can show up at any time during a scheduled class block, jump right in, workout, and jump back out when you've finished your daily workout all sweaty and exhausted.

 

The average workout time is 30 to 45 minutes, so please show up no later than 30 minutes before a class block ends or if you're cutting it close, text 619-800-3481 and we'll wait for you.
